🥓INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup molasses
- ¼ cup bacon grease
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tbsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp. ground allspiced
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
- ½ cup apple cider
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
🍳INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for at least 1 hour. Add apple cider if a thinner consistency is desired.
2. Remove from heat, let cool for 15 minutes.
3. Pour BBQ sauce into a sterilized 32-ounce bottle. Seal and refrigerate for up to one week.
