🥓INGREDIENTS:
- 4 pork loin chops
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. freshly minced rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1 tsp. bacon grease
🍳INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the pork chops generously with salt and pepper.
Step 2:
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced rosemary, and garlic. Set aside.
Step 3:
In an oven- safe skillet over medium- high heat, heat bacon grease. Add the pork chops and sear until golden, about 4 minutes per side. Brush the pork chops generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Step 4:
Place the skillet in the preheated oven and cook until the pork chops are cooked through (145°F for medium), about 10- 12 minutes. Serve with more garlic butter on top.
