🥓INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cups cooked and chilled rice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 slices bacon
- 3 eggs, whisked
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 medium carrots, diced
- 3 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
🍳INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1:
Cook scrambled eggs in butter, set aside. Fry bacon until crispy, cool, and chop.
Step 2:
Sauté carrots and onions in bacon grease for 4 minutes, add garlic, cook 1 minute.
Step 3:
Stir in rice, fry 1-2 minutes. Add peas, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and eggs.
Step 4:
Remove from heat, top with bacon and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
