BAKED POTATOES

🥓INGREDIENTS:
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- ½ cup milk
- 8 green onions, sliced, divided

 

🍳INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake potatoes for 1 hour until tender, and cool.

Step 2: Cook bacon until crisp. Drain, crumble, and set aside.

Step 3: Halve potatoes, scoop flesh into a bowl, save skins.

Step 4: Mix potato flesh with cream, milk, butter, salt, pepper, ½ cup cheese, and half green onions. Fill skins, top with cheese, onions, bacon, bake 15 minutes.
