🥓INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- ½ cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. bacon grease
- ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small onion, chopped
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 egg
- Salt and Pepper
🍳INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1:
Heat oven to 400°F. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil; grease lightly.
Step 2:
In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Shape mixture into 24 (1 ½-inch) meatballs.
Step 3:
Place meatballs 1 inch apart on pan. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes until 160°F and no longer pink in center.
