GARLIC PRIME RIB

🥓INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (5 pound) prime rib roast
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 ½ tsp. bacon grease
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. mustard powder
- ¼ tsp. hot sauce
- 1 cup amber or dark beer
- Salt and pepper

🍳INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1:
Mix onion soup mix, minced garlic, soy sauce, maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, bacon drippings, mustard powder, hot sauce, and beer. Make slits in roast, insert garlic slivers. Marinate in bag for 1 hour in fridge, then 1 hour at room temperature.
Step 2:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Pour marinade over roast. Season with salt and pepper, cover with foil. Bake 1 hour.
Step 3:
Remove foil, baste with pan juices, roast uncovered until meat thermometer reads 130-135°F (about 1 hour).
