BACON-WASHED BOURBON

🥓INGREDIENTS:
- 10 bacon strips
- 1.5 cups bourbon

🍳INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cook bacon over medium heat until fat is rendered. Set bacon aside. Pour bacon fat into a heat-proof container and let cool slightly.
2. Add bourbon to the container, seal, and shake well. Let sit at room temp for 1 hour.
3. Place the infusion in the freezer for several hours or overnight until fat solidifies.
4. Remove solidified fat and strain bourbon through a coffee filter or cheesecloth. Ready to serve.
