🥓INGREDIENTS:
- 2 eggs
- 4 rashers bacon
- 2 tbsp. basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp. cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper
🍳INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1:
Chop bacon, add to cold pan, cook to render bacon grease.
Step 2:
Add basil to pan, fry with bacon.
Step 3:
Beat and season eggs, add to hot pan.
Step 4:
Sprinkle cheese, fold omelet, cook, and serve.
