🥓INGREDIENTS:
- 8 slices of back bacon
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons dry sherry
- Four 4- inch- long baguette pieces
🍳INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1:
In a large cast iron skillet, cook bacon over medium- high heat, turning once, until browned and crispy around the edges, 5 to 8 minutes. Transfer to paper towels. Reserve 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the pan and pour the rest into our Bacon Grease Saver.
Step 2:
Add sliced baguette to pan over medium- high heat. Cook until crispy, remove and cool.
Step 3:
In a small bowl, combine butter and sherry. Spread on bottom of baguette. Top each baguette with 2 slices of bacon, cover sandwiches and serve.
