🥓INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup popcorn kernels
- 2 tbsp bacon grease
- Salt, to taste
- Bacon bits (optional)
🍳INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Melt bacon grease in a large heavy-bottomed stockpot or Dutch oven, over medium-high heat. Add popcorn, stir to coat.
2. Cover pot, cook until popping slows, shaking often, 3-4 minutes.
3. Turn off heat, keep lid on until popping stops.
4. Season with salt, shake pot to distribute.
