🥓INGREDIENTS:
- 2 to 3 tbsp. bacon grease
- 1 pound Russet baking potatoes
- Salt and pepper
🍳INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Peel and grate potatoes using large holes of a box grater.
2. Squeeze out moisture using a potato ricer or tea towel.
3. Heat bacon grease in a frying pan on medium-high heat. Add grated potatoes, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook until golden on the other side.
