CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN

🥓INGREDIENTS:
- 3 pounds chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt (optional)
- 2 cups bacon grease
- Salt and pepper

🍳INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1:
Rinse and dry chicken. Beat eggs with milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Soak chicken for 5-10 minutes.
Step 2:
Combine flour and seasoned salt in a zip-top bag. Shake chicken to coat. Set aside.
Step 3:
Heat bacon grease in a deep skillet to 350°F. Fry thighs and legs for several minutes.
Step 4:
Add remaining chicken pieces without overcrowding. Fry until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
