🥓INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. shrimp (about 20 pieces), peeled and deveined, with tails still on
- 7 pieces of thick- cut bacon, cut into thirds
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp bacon grease
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
🍳INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 400°. Line a large baking sheet with foil. Wrap each shrimp with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place shrimp on prepared pan.
Step 2:
In a small bowl, mix together butter, bacon grease, maple syrup, and chili powder.
Step 3:
Brush shrimp with about half of the maple butter.
Step 4:
Bake for 15 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and shrimp are cooked through.
Step 5:
Brush shrimp with remaining maple butter and bake for 3 minutes.
