🥓INGREDIENTS:
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 8 slices cooked bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz diced green chiles
🍳INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1:
Heat skillet over medium-high. Top four tortillas with cheese, bacon, and chiles, then cover with remaining tortillas.
Step 2:
Cook each quesadilla 2-3 minutes until cheese melts and bottom is toasted, flip, cook 1-2 minutes. Repeat for remaining quesadillas.
Step 3:
Slice into wedges, serve with olives, sour cream, and salsa.
