🥓INGREDIENTS:
- 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Ingredients for the guacamole:
- 2 avocados, pitted, peeled, and mashed
- 6 ounces softened cream cheese
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 red onion, chopped
- 1 small jalapeno (seed if you don’t like it spicy), chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
🍳INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1:
Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat, turning once, until crisp, about 8 minutes. Transfer bacon to a paper towel- lined plate. Pour bacon grease from skillet into our bacon grease saver. Set bacon aside.
Step 2:
In a large bowl, combine all guacamole ingredients. Stir until mostly smooth (some chunks are OK) and season with salt and pepper. Place in the refrigerator to firm up slightly, 30 minutes. Step 2 Place crumbled bacon on a large plate . Using a small cookie scoop, scoop guacamole mixture and place in bacon. Roll to coat in bacon. Repeat until all guacamole and bacon is used. Store in refrigerator.
